Tenuta Cocci Grifoni International Market Entry Plan
As part of an international business consulting project, I collaborated on a comprehensive research report for Tenuta Cocci Grifoni, a leading Italian winery, to guide their entry into a new foreign market. My key roles included market research, competitor analysis, and the development of actionable strategy recommendations.

Major Contributions:

-
Industry and Market Analysis: Researched global wine trends post-pandemic, benchmarked major international and local competitors, and conducted a detailed SWOT analysis.
-
Market Selection & Rationale: Evaluated multiple Asian markets, with in-depth demographic, economic, and cultural analysis. Recommended Thailand for entry due to its strong young-adult demographic and growing interest in premium beverages.
-
Marketing Strategy: Defined target customer profiles and mapped out an effective digital promotion strategy. Recommended leveraging Facebook, TikTok, and Instagram, considering Thai advertising laws.
-
Distribution & Pricing Strategy: Proposed local distributor partnerships, e-commerce expansion, and detailed logistics planning (including shipping and import compliance). Developed a tiered competitive pricing structure aligned with local consumer expectations and costs.
-
Localization: Worked on adapting the brand’s message, suggested label translations, and designed campaign elements sensitive to Thai culture and regulations.

SUMCHI Healing Arts | Journal & Manual Design, Brand Support
I was independently hired by the founder of SUMCHI, a global equine healing brand, after being recommended by a former client. Within a few days, I immersed myself in the brand’s philosophy and helped bring a 40-page magnetic massage journal to life—transforming it from a raw Google Doc into a professionally designed, print-ready product. My key roles included project management, visual design, content editing, and production coordination.

Major Contributions:

-
Content & Visual Design: Translated raw written content into a visually engaging journal using Canva. Created clean, calming layouts with thoughtful typography and imagery to reflect the therapeutic nature of the SUMCHI Technique, which centers on healing through mapped stress points in horses' skin, known as Nerve Spots.
-
Print Production Management: Formatted the final file for professional printing and coordinated with a local print vendor to ensure smooth production and delivery of the finished journals.
-
Brand & Content Alignment: Worked closely with the founder to ensure the journal's tone, structure, and visuals aligned with SUMCHI’s unique approach to holistic equine care. Also supported the editing and formatting of a companion instructional manual to complement the journal.
-
Creative Problem Solving: Adapted quickly to the evolving needs of the project, learning about the brand’s method in real time while delivering high-quality visual and written assets on a short deadline.

This project allowed me to combine design thinking, brand alignment, and production execution to support a specialized wellness entrepreneur in bringing her vision to life.
